Inventory app for a kirana store chain
A family friend runs 3 kirana stores. He used to track stock on paper. I built him a simple web app early on, and he’s still using it. Sometimes the small projects are the most satisfying ones.
The Challenge
A kirana store owner had no stock records, leading to either excess buying or stock shortages during busy holiday seasons.
The Solution & Architecture
Built a mobile-first React and PHP PWA. Supports low-connectivity sync, barcode lookup, and alerts owners when item stocks drop below threshold limits.
