Internal tool for a 15-person agency to keep track of who’s working on what. They used to do this in spreadsheets. Not anymore. Built it because the founder was literally wasting 3 hours a week on duplicate work.

The Solution & Architecture
Built a sleek, real-time agency board utilizing Laravel web-sockets and a React client interface. Tracks daily milestones, features task timers, and auto-generates client activity reports.
